The use of strollers or baby carriages in the monument, according to new regulations published in the BOJA on 26/09/2016, is prohibited in the palaces. Therefore, and in order not to leave families without seeing spaces, we ask you not to use strollers and carriages, but to use baby carriers.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or modification requests must be made through a message from the reservation page in MiReservaOnline.es so that there is a written record of the date and time of the request.
The cancellation of a confirmed reservation, more than 15 days prior to the start of the visit, will be charged 20% of the cost of the visit.
No refund will be made if a confirmed reservation is cancelled 15 days or less prior to the start of the tour or if the client does not show up on the day or time indicated on the reservation voucher.
