What are we going to use your data for? | In Granada a Pie, S.L. we use your personal data, under our legitimate interest: - If you are a customer: to manage the data in order to be able to provide the services you require of guided tours and sightseeing tours. - If you contact us through the web or social networks: to respond to the request for information. Your data will be processed in order to manage this contact, answer any questions, doubts or comments you send us through the channels provided for this purpose on our website. - If you send us your CV: the data provided will be processed for the purpose of managing the receipt of CVs, as well as for the purpose of analyzing the candidate's professional profile and, where appropriate, to enable participation in the selection processes. We also inform you that Granada a Pie will not make automated decisions based on your profile. |
To whom will we communicate your data? | We have a number of legal obligations that we must comply with regarding your data. Among them, we must provide this data when requested by the Tax Agency or when legally required to do so. In addition, we have subcontractors and external service providers who, for the proper provision of their services, have to access personal data, such as those related to the management of reservations and their billing, as well as the management of digital platforms. In this regard, reservations on the website are made through "Mi Reserva Online", belonging to the entity Area25 IT, S.C.A. In any case, such transmission or access to data will be made with due observance and compliance with the Data Protection regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper treatment of the same. Your data will also be given to the corresponding guides so that they can correctly conduct your visit and facilitate the identification of the staff. In addition, and always under your consent, your data will be transferred to those public or private entities that you indicate to us for the realization of any type of procedure that you request us to manage on your behalf. Please note that if you contact our team through any of the profiles on social networks that Granada a Pie makes available to users, in addition to giving us the data you provide, you will also be giving them to the entities responsible for that social network. Where do we get your data from? | We obtain your data when: - You make a reservation and/or hire our guided tour services. - You contact us through the web or social networks. -You send us your resume for possible personnel selection processes. In addition, in your case, the data may have been provided to us directly by the corresponding travel agency for us to manage your reservation. |
What are your rights and how can you exercise them? | We inform you that you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you. You can access, rectify, delete and oppose certain processing, as well as exercise your right to limit processing, to portability and not to be subject to an individual decision based solely on automated processing.
In addition, you may withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications at any time. You have the right to be free from automated decisions. How long do we keep your data? | Granada a Pie, S.L. will keep your information while there is some kind of relationship with us, blocking the data when you stop being our guest or client; and deleting them once they have prescribed possible judicial and extrajudicial actions that could be generated. However, certain information must be retained for the minimum period of time established in the corresponding sectorial regulations and based on possible legal requirements.
